My Sense of Place

A collaborative effort engaged the broader community in responding to A Sense of Place, Kiki and Seton Smith exhibition at Walsh Gallery, SHU. This tribute exhibition demonstrates how:

Kiki’s drawings and prints look to the natural world to understand the relationship between place and identity on a symbolic level. Seton’s large-scale photographs look to the built environment to convey associations by moving within, and navigating through, space.

With these concepts in mind, the following numerous projects explored the theme from a variety of experiences.
